Dynamo Kiev and Shakhtar Donetsk have started organizational preparations for next season in .
Since both the people of Kiev and Donetsk in the new season will simultaneously play their home games at NSC Olimpiyskiy, the clubs discussed some questions about the use of the stadium.
In particular, Dynamo President Igor Surkis recently met with representatives of Shakhtar, in which both clubs decided to use the same pricing policy when selling tickets for Dynamo and Shakhtar matches in the group stage of the Champions League.
As for the ticket prices, they will be announced and go on sale immediately after the technogenic commission of the Kiev city administration makes the appropriate decision. Following permission to partially hold matches in Olimpiyskiy with fans, the Ukrainian team’s matches against Germany and Spain, Dynamo and Shakhtar will reportedly receive the same permission from the commission in the near future.
Remember that according to the latest UEFA decision, the capacity of the stands for the Champions League match will not be allowed more than 30 percent. Dynamo will play their first Champions League home game against Juventus Turin on October 20, while Shakhtar will host Inter on October 27 in Kiev.
It is also worth noting that in the previous season, ticket prices for Shakhtar’s home matches in the Champions League started at 150 UAH.
