Ukraine’s Health Minister Maxim Stepanov said the country now cannot follow the path that European countries have followed. The same Israel that introduced the total blockade.

The minister noted that the blockade is being introduced to break the chain of diseases.
“I understand very well that now we cannot follow the path that some European countries have followed. The path that Israel followed, which introduced a total blockade for 14 days,” he said.
Stepanov called on the basic function of the state to provide medical care.
