More than 50% of the shares of the Kharkiv club were bought by two companies (Solar Solutions and Borki Solar), which own solar power plants in the Kharkiv region.
Therefore, the controlling stake in the club passed to the new owners, reports the page “Kharkiv Anti-Corruption Center”. This information is also confirmed by the Youcontrol service.
The former prosecutor of the Kharkov region, Vasily Sinchuk, left the founders of the club. But Oleg Berestov and the two mentioned companies were added.
Also among the club’s founders is Oleg Zhuravsky, who owns 29% of the contribution to the club’s foundation. Zhuravsky is one of the former owners of the Kharkov Chemical Coke Plant.
