Note that on the night of the 25th at night near the military airfield in Chuguev, an AN-26 plane crashed with officers and cadets from the Kharkov National Air Force University. There were 27 people on board, only one cadet managed to survive.
We will recall, earlier, that the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine showed the aircraft movement scheme at the military airfield in Chuguev on the day of the AN-26 disaster. The diagram shows the movement of the AN-26 and another aircraft that landed in front of it.
As RBC-Ukraine wrote, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration Aleksey Kucher stated that the airfield controllers allegedly late allowed the landing of the AN-26, which had technical problems.
The Air Force called Kucher’s statement absurd.
