In the Lugansk region, eight fires were eliminated. This is stated in the report of the State Emergency Service of Monday, October 5.

“At 8:00 pm, of the 10 main fires in forests, reeds and dry vegetation, eight cells have been eliminated, two cells have been located,” the message says.

It is noted that a forest litter and dry grass fire near the village of Artem, Stanichno-Lugansk region, was located in an area of ​​approximately 22 hectares.

We were also able to locate the fire center near the villages of Smolyaninovoye and Borovenki, Novoaydarsky district, in an area of ​​4640 hectares.

According to preliminary estimates, the total estimated area covered by fires is more than 20 thousand hectares.

Recall that on October 5 a new fire broke out in the Lugansk region. The ammunition exploded from the fire. Later it was learned that the ammunition depots had been saved from the fire.
