“These issues can be discussed in a broader context within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group,” stressed Pashinyan.

However, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, told RBC that the introduction of Russian peacekeepers is only possible with the consent of both sides of the conflict.

“The peacekeepers can enter only with the consent of both parties,” a Kremlin spokesman warned.

As reported, the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, highly valued Russia’s role in the process of resolving the Karabakh conflict, because, in his words, it is closer to the facts and understands the situation better than the United States and France. .
