Yerevan has repeatedly informed Israel about its attitude regarding the supply of weapons to Azerbaijan.

The Armenian authorities decided to call their ambassador to Israel for consultations on the supply of Israeli weapons to Azerbaijan. The press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Anna Naghdalyan, said this on Thursday, October 1.

“Of course, the fact that Israel supplies weapons to Azerbaijan is unacceptable to us. The Foreign Ministry decided to call the Armenian ambassador of Israel for consultations,” the message says.

It is also noted that Yerevan has repeatedly informed Israel about its attitude towards these supplies.

“I would like to emphasize that this fact is especially unacceptable when Azerbaijan, with the help of Turkey, carries out a large-scale military aggression against Armenia and the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic,” Naghdalyan added.

As reported, Armenian President Armen Sarkissian declared that the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh will become a big new problem if the international community does not intervene.
