On September 29, former Ukrainian Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk posted photos from the airport and wrote on Facebook that he will spend the next few months in the United States, primarily in Washington.
He noted that many important things will happen in the United States, which will also affect Ukraine.
“I have long wanted to look at Ukraine from a distance. Sometimes in this way the big picture is much better visible, because when one is in the stream of our daily political garbage, emotions often take over.” wrote the former prime minister.
He promised to share his thoughts, some of which he intends to bring to life after returning to Ukraine.
“Everything will be fine. Don’t change,” Goncharuk pointed out.
Honcharuk was born in 1984 in Zhmerinka, Vinnytsia region. He served as Prime Minister of Ukraine for six months, from August 2019 to March 2020 and was fired. even due to problems in the economy.
