The decree of the Cabinet of Ministers on the prohibition of the entry of foreigners to Ukraine is no longer effective, now foreigners are allowed to enter the country. This was stated by the spokesman of the State Border Service, Andriy Demchenko, reports Interfax-Ukraine on Monday, September 28.

“The decree is still in force, which also detailed the restrictions on the entry of foreigners. This is government decree No. 641. At the same time, there was a clear ban on the entry of foreigners into our country from August 28 until 00:00 hours on September 28. In fact, tonight this The rule that prohibits the entry of foreigners to our country has ceased to be in force. From now on, foreigners are not prohibited from entering our country, “Demchenko said.

He added that at the moment there are no separate requirements for foreigners regarding self-isolation or an insurance policy when entering Ukraine.

“This rule is no longer in force, because currently there are no separate points that the government would determine regarding foreigners entering Ukraine during the quarantine period,” Demchenko summarized.

We recall, the government of Ukraine announced a 30-day ban on the entry of foreigners from August 29, and then changed the beginning of its effect on August 28. Later, the government also banned transit travel for foreigners.
