Two seriously injured
The men were detained at the alleged residence of the main suspect in the attack.
In the French capital, the police arrested five other people suspected of being involved in the attack on two bystanders near the old newsroom of the satirical publication Charlie Hebdo. This was announced on Friday, September 25, by the BFM television channel.
Men between the ages of 24 and 37 were seen to have been detained in an apartment in the northern suburbs of Paris, where the main suspect presumably lived.
As reported, immediately after the attack on journalists, the police arrested the first suspect: there were traces of blood on his clothes. The second, near the metro station, was seized by a team from the railway network.
The French Interior Minister called the Paris attack a terrorist attack or a bloody attack on France.
