The minister noted that Ukraine was at the forefront of cyber warfare.
“Aggression by the Russian Federation takes place not only in the form of military actions, information campaigns and economic sabotage, but also in the form of a harsh cyber war,” he said.
To effectively counter cybercrime and hybrid threats, the Interior Ministry initiated the creation of an integration platform on the basis of the global interaction center in cyberspace to strengthen Ukraine’s national security system, the Interior Ministry added.
Avakov believes that cybersecurity units should be in all government agencies and institutions.
