In the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region, on September 24, 101 people were poisoned. They had all eaten in Leon’s dining room the day before.
This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service.
All patients were diagnosed with acute intestinal infection. Of these, 44 people were hospitalized, 57 are in outpatient treatment.
“A complex of anti-epidemic and sanitary-hygienic measures is being carried out,” they added to the State Emergency Service.
Recall that in early September, 68 pupils of different classes were poisoned at the Yasnogorsk school in the Rivne region. Children can get food poisoning in the school cafeteria. Then the police opened a case under the article on violation of sanitary rules and regulations for the prevention of infectious diseases and mass poisonings.
It was also reported that in August in the village of Liptsy, near Kharkov, four children were poisoned with rat poison.
Additionally, RBC-Ukraine wrote that botulism was found in two women in the Kharkov region. The day before they ate dried fish. One of the women was hospitalized in moderate condition.
