ISS completes collision avoidance maneuver with unknown space debris
Russian cosmonauts Anatoly Ivanishin and Ivan Wagner, as well as American astronaut Christopher Cassidy, work on the ISS.
The International Space Station changed its orbit to evade unidentified space debris. I wrote about this on my page at Twitter James Bridenstine, director of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States.
Complete maneuver burn. The astronauts are emerging from a safe haven.

According to Bridenstein, the maneuver was a success and the danger had passed.
Before this, it was reported that during the debris flight, the crew would hide in the Soyuz spacecraft.
It was previously reported that the orbit of the International Space Station (ISS) will be adjusted to ensure that it avoids a collision with a US space satellite.
Remember that NASA has patented the shortest way to the moon. The new path saves a lot of time and consequently fuel. This will allow more scientific instruments to be carried on board on a flight to Earth’s satellite.
