Law enforcement officers exposed the head of the Kharkov Regional Administrative Court, Olga Panchenko, about the transfer of a bribe. She pressured one of the judges with the requirement to make the necessary judicial decision on the land issue.
This was reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine.
“The official pressured one of the judges to issue the necessary court ruling in the administrative case on the agrarian issue.
An investigation is being carried out to establish other possible acts of corruption and the participation of judicial officials in them. The issue of Panchenko’s report on suspicion under Part 3 of art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (bribery).
We will remember, last week, upon receiving a bribe, the people’s deputy Alexander Yurchenko was exposed. He allegedly lobbied for the bills to be amended, demanding money through his informal assistant Ivan Fischenko.
It was also reported that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy threatened law enforcement officers with prison for taking bribes.
