Olympic hosted Minaj in the third round of the Ukraine Championship. From the first minutes, the teams set a not very high pace of play, which was full of individual bouts and minor infractions of the rules. Both teams, to a greater extent, loaded the ball into each other’s penalty area from the side, but no moments of danger arose.

The fans saw the first goal near the end of the half-hour game, and it turned out to be quite fun – Zahedi Shahab shot from the entrances to the penalty area – the ball hit Maxim Teixeira and flew towards the goal. 1: 0. Minaj was a bit upset by this development of events and had to defend himself for a few more minutes until he regained consciousness.

Igor Klimovsky’s defenses continued to aggravate the situation near the enemy goal, but it was time for Minay: Denis Kozhanov hit from outside the penalty area, but Kichak managed. The teams left for the rest with a minimal advantage of the hosts.

Minaj actively started the second half of the game, but the small territorial advantage could not be converted into scoring chances. But Olympic seized his chances: Shahab sent the ball into the goal with his head after bouncing off the goalkeeper. 2: 0. Donetsk residents weren’t going to stop; apparently, they cheered up.

A little later, Shahab ran away from Matic and left Popovich no chance in hand-to-hand combat, eliciting genuine joy from Gelzin in the stands. In the rest of the match, Minaj first tried to recover at least one ball, they even succeeded, but it was canceled for offside. The final minutes passed without clarity through the Olympic gates. The final whistle of the referee registered Minay’s defeat.
