Gigabyte accidentally confirmed the launch of GeForce RTX 3060 with 8GB of memory, RTX 3070 with 16GB of memory, and RTX 3080 with 20GB of memory

Several new video cards were found on the Gigabyte website in the section where you can redeem Watch Dogs Legion game codes. They were not officially announced not only by the manufacturer, but also by NVIDIA.

Gigabyte accidentally confirmed the release of GeForce RTX 3060 with 8GB of memory, RTX 3070 with 16GB of memory, and RTX 3080 with 20GB of memory

The product list shows the GeForce RTX 3060 (S – possibly SUPER) models with 8 GB of memory, GeForce RTX 3070 (with 16 GB of memory and Geforce RTX 3080 also labeled S) with 20 GB of memory. It is unclear if the S stands for the SUPER series or if some sources believe the models will receive the Ti designation.

Unsurprisingly, the upcoming GeForce RTX 3080 graphics card with 20GB of memory will differ from the existing model only in twice the amount of memory, and the GPU characteristics will remain unchanged. Therefore, it is not clear whether such a device will receive the 3080 Ti or 3080 SUPER mark.

This post on the Gigabyte website confirms previous assumptions that the GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card based on the GA104 GPU will have 8GB of memory, and the upgraded GeForce RTX 3070 with a full GA104 GPU (with 6144 CUDA cores ) will have 16 GB of GDDR6 memory.
