Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Kernes, who flew to Berlin for treatment at the Charite clinic, feels much better after arriving.
Kernes’ son Rodion Gaisinsky wrote about this on his Instagram page.
“He is much better! It is still not possible to go to him with a phone, I will publish more updated information”, – said Gaisinsky.

So, on September 16, Gennady Kernes spent 1,748,137 hryvnia on “specialized aviation transport services.” He paid another 4 million 124 thousand 665 hryvnias for medical services.
