A sharp drop in temperature is expected in Ukraine from September 18 to 19. Meteorologists warn of frost and strong gusts of wind.
This was reported in the hydrometeorological center of Ukraine.
The air temperature in the western, northern, eastern and central regions at night will drop to + 2 + 8 degrees. Frosts of 0-3 degrees are expected on the ground surface and in some places in the air (on September 18, frosts are expected only in Volyn, in the Lviv, Rivne and Ternopil regions). During the day, the air temperature will be + 9 + 15 degrees.
In the southern regions and in Transcarpathia at night up to + 5 + 10 degrees, during the day up to + 14 + 19.
Average daily air temperature will drop 10 to 12 degrees. The cooling will be accompanied by gusts of north wind of 15-20 m / s.
The cool weather will continue until September 22. A gradual increase in temperature is expected from September 23.
Let us remind you that hot and sunny weather is expected in Ukraine today. The air temperature during the day will range from +22 to +28.
It was also reported that the environmentalist predicted the negative consequences of climate change in Ukraine.
