Kharkiv Mayor Gennady Kernes has confirmed the coronavirus, the director of the City Council’s Department of Information and Public Relations, Yuriy Sidorenko, said on Tuesday, September 15.
He said Kernes has been on sick leave for the sixth day and is being treated at Kharkiv City Multidisciplinary Clinical Hospital No. 17.
His condition is constantly difficult, but he is conscious. The coronavirus is complicated by pneumonia.
At the moment, those in contact with Kernes are being monitored for COVID-19.
At the same time, Sidorenko said he had no symptoms of coronavirus. But I found out only after passing the antibody tests.
