“When I make promises, these are not empty words. Ending the war and giving back the Ukrainian territories are my top priority. They are not romantic promises. Of course, this is not easy. But we have already achieved a lot. We have returned 140 people. from captivity. We have dispersed the troops. No more shooting, almost no one is killed. With the exception of one death, there were no casualties in seven weeks. Everyone can see this, and Europe too. Sometimes the Separatists can hear shots. But we don’t answer them, which is good. ” Zelensky said.

According to Zelensky, there are many pro-Ukrainian people in the occupied territory, but they are imprisoned for celebrating Independence Day and other Ukrainian holidays.
