Bihus.info journalists found business in Moscow, connections with assailants and the ORDLO business, as well as political consultant Vadim Stolar at the headquarters of Kyiv mayoral candidate Andrey Palchevsky.
This is stated in the investigation “Palchevsky PRO: Russian business, connections with the occupiers and a team of ghosts”.
Palchevsky’s main business asset in Ukraine is the Eurolab medical clinic. Until 2010, Palchevsky owned it directly, together with a business partner from the Russian Federation, Alexei Kirillov. Now the clinic has formally re-registered with the British company Eurolab Services LLP. She, in turn, pointed out by journalists, belongs to a remote offshore company from the Caribbean islands Amerton Group Limited.

“This Caribbean offshore company, in addition to Palchevsky, caters exclusively to Russian businesses and it is not easy. For example, Vitaly Kochetkov’s companies. He is a known criminal, who is called almost the master of the Urals ”, says the investigation. In the same place, on the assets of Amerton Group Limited, journalists found Palchevsky’s operating company with an office in Moscow.
In one of the Amerton Group Limited documents, the authors of the investigation found a signature that probably belongs to Andrei Naumov. Previously a lawyer for Eurolab, he now runs the Palchevsky charitable foundation. In parallel, Naumov runs two companies. Its leaders are Donetsk residents Dmitry Murakhver and Pavel Malik. According to Bihus.info, they both work for the notorious judge Artur Yemelyanov: “These three names are most frequently mentioned in stories of robber seizures backed by court decisions.” Murakhver owns several hotels in occupied Crimea and a supermarket chain in Donbas that were seized during the Russian occupation. “Palchevsky’s confidant is working simultaneously with Palchevsky and with a group of one of the most famous assailants in the country’s history. He serves Palchevsky and Russian business in one package,” the investigation says.
According to Bihus.info, the main financial donor for Palchevsky’s campaign is the OLE People’s Deputy, Kiev supervisor Vadim Stolar. The election campaign in Palchevsky’s place is being led by a political strategist close to Stolar, Sergei Vlaschenko, son of Natalya Vlaschenko, a television presenter for the Medvedchuk channel, reporters note.
Sergei Vlashchenko almost every day returns home to Palchevsky, on Shelkovichnaya Street in Kiev. The mayoral candidate himself practically does not leave the apartment: from time to time he goes to the television, to his clinic or to a photo session. “We watched for 2 weeks how Palchevsky was conducting his election campaign. No way. There is no activity outside the TV. It seems that Palchevsky’s party is such a big advertising bubble, because he is constantly at home. Yes, sometimes there are meetings here, that show who is inflating this bubble for you, ”said Denis Bigus, the host of the“ Our pennies ”project.
At the same time, Palchevsky’s election campaign may turn out to be the most expensive of the elections. According to movement analyst Chesno Igor Feshchenko, the campaign has already cost Palcheskiy at least 10 million UAH. At the same time, his party has no office, employees, and money in its accounts. “The” Peremog Palchevsky “party did not exist in May. It was bought in the summer for the project.
