Channel 4 posted a video of the attack on Facebook. A man in a plaid shirt and cap ran up to the minister and threw an egg at him at close range, after which he quickly left the scene.
Tkachenko became Minister of Culture and Information Policy on June 4, before that he was the people’s deputy of the “Servant of the People”.
