Over the past week, the incidence of the coronavirus in Ukraine increased by 11%, Health Minister Maxim Stepanov said on Monday, September 14.
During the week, 18,729 patients with COVID-19 were found, 1,876 more than the previous week, and 2,920 patients with coronavirus were hospitalized, that is, 82 more people than a week before.
“In the week of September 7 to 13 we performed 164,929 PCR tests. We continue to increase the number of tests. Compared to the previous week, from August 31 to September 6, 157,561 tests were performed. Almost 7.5 thousand We have done more PCR tests ”, said the minister.
Stepanov urged once again to observe the quarantine rules: mask regime, clean hands, social distance.
Note that 84,043 Ukrainians are currently suffering from coronavirus. During the last day, their number increased by 1,779.
