The ubiquitous Chinese bloggers on the Chiphell forums have shared a photo of the flagship GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition graphics card installed in a ready-to-use computer system based on an ASUS Prime motherboard.
The reference version of the “green” cover is a really huge card at 313mm long and 138mm high, occupying three cooling slots. As we can see, it is powered through two 8-pin to one 12-pin adapters. The estimated power consumption of the GeForce RTX 3090 is 350W, and we will soon discover the real one thanks to many independent tests, including in our resource.
Additionally, the Nvidia GeForce YouTube channel shared a video unzipping the GeForce RTX 3080. Interestingly, at the same time, many popular tech bloggers posted similar videos, apparently with Nvidia’s permission.
GeForce RTX 3080 official sales will begin on September 17 with an MSRP of $ 700 (23.5 thousand hryvnia for Ukraine), and the GeForce RTX 3090 flagship will be delayed one week and will be priced at $ 1500 (50+ thousand hryvnia for national buyers).
