According to the plaintiff, the CEC’s decision on the elections was taken in violation of the Electoral Code
The demand to cancel the elections was filed by the association of rural presidents, deputies of village councils and peasants of Village Salvation from all over Ukraine.
The Kiev District Administrative Court accepted for consideration the claim to cancel the Central Election Commission’s decision to hold local elections in Ukraine on October 25. This was announced on Thursday, September 10 by the OASK.
The preparatory meeting on this case is scheduled for October 2. The demand to cancel the elections was filed by the association of rural presidents, deputies of village councils and peasants of Village Salvation from all over Ukraine.
In his opinion, the CEC resolution on the holding of elections was adopted in violation of the provisions of the Electoral Code.
