Bogdan was appointed head of the Presidential Administration (later the department was renamed the Office of the President) in May 2019. In February 2020, President Vladimir Zelensky dismissed him from this position.
The head of state said Bogdan’s appointment was a mistake. “It seems to me that power is not useful for him, for his personality … It changes him a lot,” Zelensky said.
