Ukrainian court arrested 65 Russian planes for flights to Crimea

The Ukrainian court has seized 65 Russian planes that carried out air transport to the Crimean peninsula.

“At the request of the Autonomous Prosecutor’s Office, arrests were imposed on 65 planes that violate the procedure for entering and leaving the occupied peninsula,” says the official Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, which is part of the Attorney General of Ukraine.

It should be noted that the investigation is being carried out by the Crimean SBU GU, which is located in Kherson. Aircraft owners are accused of violation by officials of foreign companies of the rules of international flights and violations of the procedure to enter the temporarily occupied territory, such crime is provided for in Part 2 of Art. 332-1, art . 334 and part 1 of art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

In Ukraine, they believe that since March 2014, the airspace has been closed because the state does not conduct radars and flights are unsafe.

Previously, thanks to the joint actions of search engines in the Belogorsk region of the peninsula, they established the place of death of the Pe-2 bomber crew during the Great Patriotic War in Crimea.
