The installation of fixed self-fixing cameras has reduced the number of infractions by three times, says the Interior Ministry.

According to him, the first stage is the installation of still cameras and video cameras in places with high accidents and all drivers are familiar with them. The second part is the cameras that are installed in police cars.

This allows the police officer to be mobile and provides an additional moment of rape prevention, he said.
“Now four test programs are being purchased, the tender has already been announced. And the purchase of several of these devices is planned for the future program of 2021-2023,” Beloshitsky said.
The head of the State Agency for Infrastructure Projects, Kirill Khomyakov, noted that four test programs will appear on the roads of Ukraine by the end of the year, and 300 patrol cars equipped with such systems will appear in the coming years.
