In more than 60 cities in Ukraine, the heating season is threatened due to the debts of heat producers. 98 companies do not meet legal requirements.

Among the company’s debtors in Vinnitsa, Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zhytomyr, Zaporozhye, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kiev, Lugansk, Lvov, Nikolaev, Odessa, Poltava, Rivne, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Khmelnytsky, Cherkassik, as well as in Chernivtsky, Cherkassik, and in Chernivtsky the Chernivtsi regions Kiev.

“Naftogaz takes the protection of Ukrainians during the heating season very seriously and adheres to all aspects of this process as much as possible. The company expects from heat producers the same responsible attitude towards its obligations to customers and the requirements of the legislation, “Naftogaz stressed.
As a reminder, the government instructed the local authorities in the Lvov region to ensure the timely start of the heating season in Novy Rozdol and Novoyavorovsk.
Furthermore, in July, the Cabinet of Ministers approved an action plan to prepare for the heating season in Ukraine.
