The head coach of the Ukrainian youth team (U21) Ruslan Rotan commented on the results of the training camp before the selection match for Euro 2021.

Ruslan Rotan thinks his team is ready for a qualifying match against their teammates from Denmark.
“I am satisfied with the preparation for the fight against the Danes, the attitude of the boys to work,” the official UAF website quotes the coach of the “youth team”. “Let’s try to show a good game, and if there is a game, there will be a result. We have not seen the team for nine months. During this time the boys have matured and become more responsible.”
“As for the rival, he did not play for nine months either. The Danes have been injured, there are those who have recovered from injuries. The game will be interesting, and we know what to expect from the leaders of our group. I believe in my team.”
Denmark scored 15 points in qualifying group 8 after five games, Ukraine (3 points after 4 games) is in fourth place.
