“The nature of the occurrence of the combustion epicenters and the spread of the fire, according to preliminary estimates, indicates an intentional arson by the enemy,” according to the video released.
The JFO also reported that nearly 600 people and 84 units of engineering and automotive equipment were involved in extinguishing and locating large-scale forest and steppe fires.
It is indicated that in the Lugansk region alone, more than a thousand hectares of territories are engulfed in flames.
