On Tuesday, September 1, in Uman, a local resident hit a chassid and broke his nose.
As reported by “Apostrof”, the police in the Cherkasy region reported this.
It turned out that the locals had a conflict with the Hasidic pilgrims who were buying food in the supermarket. As a result, a 34-year-old Israeli was injured in the form of a bruise on his nose.
Despite a bruised nose, the victim refused medical assistance and went to the police.
Investigators removed the video from surveillance cameras and identified all participants in the fight.
There were six of them, all local residents.
The actions of each of the defendants receive a legal assessment.
The GUNP Uman Police Department in the Cherkasy region initiated criminal proceedings pursuant to Part 2 of art. 296 (vandalism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.
