Since the beginning of the day in the Donbass, the separatists have violated the truce, having made a provocation from a grenade launcher near Maryinka. This was reported by the press center at the JFO headquarters on Wednesday, September 2.

“The involuntary firing of the enemy did not pose a threat to our defenders, so the Ukrainian soldiers did not use weapons in response,” the message says.

The situation in the JFO area remains under control. There are no combat losses among the Ukrainian military.

The day before, three attacks were recorded in the Donbass, in the Armed Forces of Ukraine without losses. In all cases, the enemy’s actions were provocative and did not pose a threat to the lives of the military. The APU did not use weapons in response.

It was also reported that the separatists do not allow the OSCE to go through the contact line. The patrol cannot enter the temporarily uncontrolled territories of Donbass under the pretext of quarantine restrictions.
