The number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in Ukraine has exceeded 125,000, the National Defense and Security Council said.
During the last day, another 2,495 cases of coronavirus infection were identified in Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council reported on the morning of September 2.
This is an absolute record since the beginning of the epidemic. Before that, the maximum daily increase was recorded on August 29: 2,481 new cases.
The total number of confirmed cases of coronavirus infection in the country has risen to 125,798.
2,656 people died from coronavirus infection, including 51 – During the last day, 58817 recovered (+1015 per day), 64,325 are still sick.
Most new cases per day were detected in Kiev (332) and in the Kharkov region (302), and even fewer, in Kirovograd (10).
