In August, the state budget revenue plan was exceeded by 15.2%
The money balance in the Cabinet of Ministers single treasury account for the month decreased from 51.7 billion UAH to 45.7 billion UAH as of August 1.
Revenues from the state budget in January-August amounted to 96.2% of the plan, or 688.6 billion UAH. This was announced on Tuesday, September 1 by the State Treasury Service of Ukraine.
This is 20 billion UAH less than the forecast figure, adjusted in April. At the same time, the state budget revenue for eight months was 2.5% higher than last year’s figure.
In August, the state budget revenue plan was exceeded by 15.2%. Compared with August 2019, revenue increased by 14.8%, to UAH 100.2 billion.

As a reminder, following the seven-month 2020 results, the deficit of the state budget of Ukraine amounted to 51.2 billion UAH, including 57 billion UAH in the general fund, with a plan of 100.8 billion UAH.
