The US military called the actions of the Russian pilots “unsafe and unprofessional.” According to them, the pilots crossed the flight path several times within 30 meters of the bow of the B-52 at the same height and used afterburners.

Also on the eve of the US Air Force intercepted six Russian military aircraft off the coast of Alaska.
