In Andreevka, in the Kharkiv region, more than 500 local residents demonstrated against the Roma and demanded that they be evicted from the village.

According to the activists’ representative, Vitalia Stepanenko, local residents are demanding that the attention of the police be called to “conflicts with the Roma”. For example, on August 19, about 20-25 people allegedly beat a guy on Sadovaya Street. It connects crime in the village with an increase in the number of Roma.
