In Belarus, new arrests of protesters began in the center of Minsk. At least one man was reportedly detained, as well as two journalists.

According to the newspaper, at 7:00 p.m. some 60 protesters began to form a solidarity chain in Minsk’s Independence Square. The police officers immediately approached them and asked them to disperse, threatening them with administrative responsibilities.
Around 7:30 p.m., riot police appeared in the square and cordoned off the women. They tried to stop the men. A protester was put into a police car and taken away. The newspaper also notes that two journalists were detained near the Minsk hotel.
At the same time, the protesters led to the cordon dance and sing songs.
There are reportedly about 20 minibuses without license plates near the Red Church in central Minsk. In addition, 7 rice wagons left for the central part of the city.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine wrote that, according to the Belarusian Interior Ministry, 114 protesters were detained in the country yesterday and are accused of participating in unauthorized actions.
At the same time, according to human rights activists, more than 200 people were arrested during the August 27 protests, including 50 journalists.
