The incident is reported to have occurred in one of the supermarkets on Kudryashova Street in Solomensky district. The man entered the room without personal protective equipment, so he received a comment from the guard.

“Ignoring the request to put on a mask, the visitor began to argue and took a grenade out of his pocket, threatening to detonate it,” the statement said.

The 38-year-old native of the Cherkasy region turned out to be a stalker; During his arrest, an RGD-5 grenade and two signal rockets were confiscated. The police establish the origin of these munitions.

A criminal case was opened on this fact under article “vandalism”. The offender faces up to seven years in prison, the pre-trial investigation continues.
