Only half of the regions settled with doctors in March

Zelensky promised to keep the issue of payments under control until all doctors were resolved.

All bonuses to doctors fighting coronavirus were paid in full in March in just 12 regions. Health Minister Maxim Stepanov announced this at a meeting with the president on Friday, May 15, reports the press service of the President’s Office.

According to Stepanov, other regions carry out final calculations. And in some areas, premium payments begin for April. So the Chernivtsi Regional Center for Emergency Medicine and Disaster Medicine already received around 19 million UAH.

In turn, Zelensky promised that he would keep this problem under control until all the doctors received their assignments.

Recall today that it was reported that a record number of PCR tests were performed in Ukraine per day.

On the eve it was learned that the Ukrainian test systems for the coronavirus were rejected. The company that developed them stated that the Public Health Center had no right to test the tests and intended to transfer them to WHO for verification.
