In other words, it is obvious that it was necessary to eliminate the concessions of companies’ work in parallel with the liberalization of urban transport. If not even the subway, at least open part of the land routes.
Nothing of this was done; Furthermore, the metropolitan authorities did not even make such proposals. I mean, he clearly didn’t even think about the consequences.
How are they going to solve the problem?
Yesterday, Vitali Klitschko requested the opening of the subway in Kiva immediately after the end of the current quarantine period and the launch of the subway from May 25. In addition, without restrictions, except for said mask mode and the obligation to wear gloves.
It also announced plans to launch ground transportation in the same time period.
It is true that the Cabinet, behind which the last word on this issue, did not make clear promises to the mayor. The word “prematurely” rang out.

In fact, more recently, the mayor has generally threatened to toughen up the quarantine and cancel all concessions.
