In the request for government documents and services “Diya” appeared an insurance policy for a car (citizen of the car). This was reported by RBC-Ukraine with reference to the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
It is reported that from now on for drivers in the “Diya” application the full range is available: driver’s license, registration certificate and motor citizen.
How it will work:
- The mobile application makes a request by car number to the MTIBU system to obtain insurance. If the insurance policy is valid, the pink scroll text “insurance policy is valid” will be in the certificate menu of the application. Otherwise, yellow: “the insurance policy is not valid”.
- Auto Citizens can be verified from any smartphone where the application is installed. Using the QR code on the data sheet, you can verify the document with the data in the record. The insurance policy will be available only to car owners.
It is also noted that to display the document you need to update the application to version 1.7.2.
Remember, it was previously reported that the Diya app was downloaded 3 million times 3 months after the product launched.
Furthermore, RBC-Ukraine wrote that during quarantine, Ukrainians can present digital passports from the Diya app.
