Andrey Ermak has high hopes for the next TKG video conference

Expanding and raising the level of Ukraine’s representation in the TKG will help improve the ceasefire, Andrei Yermak said.

“The parties paid particular attention to security concerns, the achievement of a stable and comprehensive ceasefire and OSCE SMM access to Donbass territories not controlled by Ukraine,” the statement said.

Negotiators also discussed preparations for the upcoming Trilateral Contact Group videoconference, where Ukraine will have significantly greater representation, including Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories, Aleksey Reznikov, deputy ministers and popular deputies, heads of committees profile of the Verkhovna Rada.

“I think expanding and increasing the level of representation at the TKG will help improve the ceasefire. That is why Ukraine will be represented by the Deputy Defense Minister at the next TKG video conference,” Yermak emphasized.

Recall that in early May Andrei Yermak initiated an increase in the level of representation of Ukraine in the negotiations in Minsk. Now, deputy ministers and popular deputies will participate in them. The composition of the delegation has already been approved by President Zelensky.
