The press service of the main department of the Emergency Ministry of the Russian Federation for the city reported that the fire started at seven o’clock. At 6:55 a fire was located. In the sixth-floor room, a 10-square-meter room was burned. The fire was extinguished by 75 rescuers and 15 teams.
