If relations between Kiev and Tbilisi deteriorate, the Georgian people will face famine.
This opinion was expressed by the head of the Executive Committee of the reform committee, former President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili on the air of the television channel Mtavari Arkhi, writes Sova.
According to him, Tbilisi needs Kiev more, and not the other way around. Saakashvili emphasized that most of what people buy in Georgian stores, “for example, cereals, buckwheat, meat products, sausages, milk, is imported from Ukraine.”

At the same time, Saakashvili said that Russia was against his appointment.
