As of May 11, the total number of coronaviruses infected in Ukraine is 15 648 people (+416 for the last day), 408 of them died (+17), 3288 recovered (+228). The maximum number of cases was recorded in the Kiev (1805), Chernivtsi (2268) and Ivano-Frankivsk (1116) regions.

In European countries most affected by the coronavirus infection epidemic, death rates and the daily increase in cases continue to decline.
So, in Spain, the number of deaths and diseases per day fell to a minimum since the beginning of April, in France, to the minimum since mid-March. In Italy, the daily increase in second day cases is less than a thousand people, while the number of patients in intensive care for the first time since March 10 is less than a thousand people.
Saudi Arabia announced a record reduction in oil production
Saudi Arabia’s energy ministry ordered state-owned company Saudi Aramco to cut oil production in June by an additional 1 million barrels per day.
Next month, the country will produce just under 7.5 million barrels per day, about 4.8 million barrels per day less than in April. This will be the minimum level of oil production since 2002.
New outbreak of coronavirus in China
During the last day in China, which became the epicenter of the spread of coronavirus infection, 17 new cases of COVID-19 were detected. According to the authorities, seven cases are imported, the remaining 10 are local: three in Jilin province, five in Wuhan, Hubei province (these are the first cases of infection in Wuhan in almost two months), one in the provinces of Heilongjiang and Liaoning.
In some cities, quarantine measures were reintroduced.
