Roscosmos had no comment.
The tank has been spinning in space since July 18, 2011, when using the Frigate-SB unit The Zenit-3M launch vehicle launched the Russian Spectr-R Astrophysical Observatory into orbit.
The most famous Frigate overclocking incident occurred November 28, 2017. Launch of the Soyuz-2.1b launch vehicle from the Russian Vostochny Cosmodrome. It was supposed to put the Meteor-M satellite into orbit, however, due to an error in the upper-stage flight mission, the device flew along the wrong path and fell into the Atlantic Ocean.
