As of May 12, as part of the weakening of the quarantine in the capital and other cities of Ukraine, the work of summer and seasonal premises of public catering establishments will be allowed.

As UNIAN was informed in the press service of the state administration, the requirements were approved by order of the chief of emergency response.
Therefore, the distance between seats to sit at adjacent tables should be at least 1.5m.
No more than two clients may sit at the same table (excluding children under 14 years of age).
The order must be carried out and issued remotely: through a specially equipped window or the institution’s front door. The waiter can accept or issue an order only subject to a distance of at least 1.5 meters between him and the customer.
The order issuance and settlement place should be equipped with a table or shelf to transfer the order without personal contact with the customer and to prevent visitors from entering the institution. The possibility of non-cash (contactless payment) must also be provided. The menu should be placed next to the place of reception / issuance of orders without the possibility of issuing it to customers.
Institutions must also comply with the general requirements for fighting the epidemic and disinfection measures: daily thermometry, provision of personal protective equipment for 5 days, organization of the centralized collection of used masks and gloves and their disposal, and Similar.
At the entrances, a sanitary check must be carried out for visitors to avoid people with signs of SARS. Clients must be masked and wait their turn outside the premises. Establishments must provide a marking distance of 1.5m for visitors waiting in line.
At the entrance, dispensers or dispensers with antiseptics must be installed.
Disinfection measures should be carried out every two hours of working time.
Disinfection of contact surfaces and utensils should be carried out after each visitor.
In addition, institutions must inform clients of the restrictions established on their websites, pages on social networks when they record by phone or otherwise.
As UNIAN previously reported, the government introduced quarantine in Ukraine from March 12 to April 3. Later it was extended until April 24 and then until May 11. Starting on May 11, some quarantine concessions are expected, in particular summer cafes and restaurants will be allowed to work.
On May 8, Kiev Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that to support entrepreneurs and simplify licensing procedures, city authorities had already prepared a decision by the City Council, to be submitted to the next session.
According to the mayor, the seasonal and summer places, which received documents in 2019, the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture will issue new documents for placement without processing and unnecessary approvals. This procedure will also apply to new sites that want to work according to all requirements. In addition, for summer and seasonal places, the city plans to establish a fixed symbolic amount of capital participation: 1 hryvnia.
