Cafes and beauty salons will resume their work on May 11.
The Kiev City State Administration (KSCA) published the requirements for summer cafeteria and hairdressing areas after the weakening of the quarantine in Kiev. RBC-Ukraine reports this fact with reference to the relevant orders of the Kyiv City State Administration.
Summer and seasonal areas of cafes and restaurants.
According to the order of the city authorities, the work of the summer and seasonal cafes and restaurants can be resumed subject to anti-epidemic measures. Therefore, institutions must meet such requirements:
- dispensers or dispensers with an antiseptic must be installed at the entrance, and visitors must undergo sanitary control and mask;
- visitors must wait their turn outside, and establishments must provide a marking distance of 1.5 meters for visitors waiting in line;
- the distance between seats for adjacent tables is at least 1.5 meters, and no more than two customers can sit at a table (excluding children under 14 years of age);
- the menu should be placed for review near the place of acceptance / issuance of orders, it is prohibited to deliver the menu to customers;
- orders must be completed and issued remotely (through a specially equipped window or the institution’s front door);
- the waiter must accept and issue orders only at a distance of at least 1.5 meters from the customer;
- the place of issue and settlement must be equipped with a table or shelf to transfer the order without personal contact with the customer;
- cashless (contactless) settlement provided;
- Personnel must undergo thermometry daily and must have personal protective equipment for 5 days.
Hairdressers, beauty salons and beauty salons.
Beauty salons, hairdressers and beauty salons will also resume their work as part of the first phase of quarantine relaxation. According to the order of the Kiev City State Administration, institutions must meet such requirements:
- customer pre-registration with a time interval of at least 15 minutes;
- Visitors are allowed at the rate of no more than 1 person per 10 square meters. meter
- dispensers or dispensers with an antiseptic must be installed at the entrance, and visitors must undergo sanitary control and mask;
- visitors must wait their turn outside, and establishments must provide a marking distance of 1.5 meters for visitors waiting in line;
- the distance between service places (3 meters – for parallel rows, 1.8 meters when on the axis and 0.7 meters from the last place to the wall or other obstacle);
- Mandatory presence of disposable masks and gloves. Gloves must be changed after each unrelated workflow;
- disinfection measures every 2 hours in the room, as well as the disinfection of surfaces and tools after each client;
- Personnel must undergo thermometry daily and must have personal protective equipment for 5 days.
In addition, all establishments must inform customers of the restrictions established on their websites, pages on social networks, when recording by phone or otherwise.
We will recall, previously, the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, reported that since May 12, as part of the weakening of the quarantine in Kiev, it is planned to open non-food stores with a total area of up to 300 meters, hairdressers and salons of beauty. They will also be allowed to visit parks and squares, but for limited groups of people.
