Zarobitchans will be released abroad only if the host country agrees to assume a series of obligations.
Ukraine will release zarobitchan on condition that the host country assumes obligations to guarantee its accommodation and medical insurance. This was stated by President Vladimir Zelensky at a briefing in the Transcarpathian region on Saturday, May 9.

It was previously reported that zarobitchan letters will be sent to five countries. The flights will be performed by UIA. Ukrainian workers will fly to Germany, the United Kingdom, Finland, Sweden and Poland.
It was also learned that Finland doubled the quota for workers from countries outside the EU. Workers must obtain the usual work permit and quarantine within two weeks.
